TriHealth offers advanced nursing education through the fully accredited Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science.

Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science is a private, not-for-profit institution of higher education located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The College serves the Tri-State region of Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. The College is a subsidiary of TriHealth, Inc. and Good Samaritan Hospital.

Good Samaritan Hospital has sponsored a nursing program since 1896, beginning with the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. Re-founded in 2001 as a private independent college, we provide quality education in a unique Catholic and hospital environment. The College awards degrees in health science and nursing to qualified graduates who go on to serve Good Samaritan Hospital, the community of greater Cincinnati, the nation, and the world.

Each program has a foundation of general education as a core curriculum that provides students with educational diversity and increased depth of knowledge.

All courses are taught on the Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science campus, a part of Good Samaritan Hospital, in Cincinnati.

Good Samaritan Hospital is a teaching hospital, serving patients in medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, obstetrics, surgery and surgical specialties, emergency care, rehabilitation medicine, hemodialysis, intensive care for infants and adults, and coronary care. Nursing students spend time in all of these areas, as well as with community agencies and other health care facilities throughout the city.
