Good Samaritan Residency

Applicants for the PGY1 Program at Good Samaritan Hospital must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy as well as be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio.

Good Samaritan Hospital participates in the Resident Matching Program and The Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applicants must abide by all rules and regulations of the Resident Matching Program and PhORCAS.

Candidates for our program are required to submit the following documents:

  • Official transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Letter of Intent 

Potential candidates will be invited for a first, virtual interview. Subsequent invites for on-site interviews for consideration of ranking for the Match will be based on rightness of fit determined through the virtual interview.

Bethesda North Residency

Applicants for the PGY1 Program at Bethesda North Hospital must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy as well as be eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio.

Bethesda North Hospital participates in the Resident Matching Program and The Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applicants must abide by all rules and regulations of the Resident Matching Program and PhORCAS.
