Each program has a 12-month curriculum designed to provide residents the opportunity to garner experiences beyond the entry-level education of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. The calendar year is comprised of required and elective rotations, as well as longitudinal experiences. Residents will work with the Residency Program Director to establish an individualized learning plan consistent with his or her career goals. Additional opportunities for research, teaching, and professional travel are in place.

The TriHealth Pharmacy Residency Programs are conducted at either Good Samaritan TriHealth Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Bethesda North TriHealth Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. All programs have earned full accreditation for the maximum duration granted by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).

Preparation of a manuscript for the major research project suitable for publication is required for completion of the residency program.
Residents will be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the program requirements.
