Your health is important around the clock - not just during office hours. That's why TriHealth offers MyChart. Set up an online account through your primary care provider's office with an activation code or on this page to gain online access to your health and medical records, including these benefits:
If you already have a MyChart account but have forgotten your username, click here. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
In accordance with new federal regulations, we will be releasing all notes and results to you through MyChart as soon as they are available. This means you may see some results before we have a chance to review them with you. We look at every result and will notify you of anything that concerns us. Keep in mind that interpreting the results of your tests depends heavily on the overall clinical situation.
If your results are normal, your care provider may not send a separate note. It may make more sense to wait to look at your health information until after a follow-up visit to be sure you get all the information you need. If your results require follow-up, your care provider may want to see you in person to review those results and answer any questions you have, working with you to develop a plan.
Your care provider will be in touch with you as soon as possible to review any abnormal test results. Please allow your care provider seven days to review your results and contact you. However, please reach out to your care provider any time with questions.
If you need urgent medical assistance, please call 911 or your doctor's office. It might take up to two days to receive a response to any MyChart communication. For more information, email MyChart@TriHealth.com.
