Ways to Prepare

Keeping your whole family healthy during respiratory season can be a challenge. But the good news is you can be prepared and take precautions, in hopes of having a cough-free season.

Remember to emphasize hand washing, tissue use, and coughing etiquette, especially with the little ones. Keep your vaccines up-to-date. Eat healthy. Stay hydrated. Wear a mask to prevent germ spreading. Don't go to work or school sick!
