Excelling at Work and Life: Tools for Thriving – Men’s Mental Health (June 10 & 18) | Men’s mental health is a critical yet often under-discussed topic. Many men face pressures from heavy workloads, long hours, limited social support, and cultural norms that discourage vulnerability. These challenges can lead to stress, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and burnout. This training raises awareness, addresses common barriers, and equips men with practical strategies to support their mental well-being, including recognizing when and how to seek help. Hyde Park Blast (June 27) | A long‑standing Cincinnati tradition that brings the community together for a day of fitness, family fun, and fundraising. The event features a 4‑mile run/walk, kids fun run, cycling races, live music, and a community block party—all benefiting The Cure Starts Now and supporting cancer research and local initiatives.
