Erin Bonanni, PharmD – PGY1 ResidentErin Bonanni, PharmD – PGY1 Resident

College: University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

Personal Statement:Erin is originally from Monroe, MI. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Erin began working as a technician at Kroger pharmacy then went on to intern at Hometown Pharmacy to work in non-sterile compounding during pharmacy school. Erin chose to pursue a PGY1 at Bethesda North Hospital due to the wide variety of rotations offered within ambulatory care as well as inpatient pharmacy. Erin is excited to be in the Cincinnati area. Erin’s interests include oncology, ambulatory care, and internal medicine. Outside of pharmacy, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends and checking out new restaurants in the area.

College: Southwestern Oklahoma State University

Personal Statement: Brody is originally from Seiling, Oklahoma. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Brody began his pharmacy career as a pharmacy clerk at Western Drug in Seiling as a junior in high school and continued to work in various independent retail pharmacies as a pharmacy intern throughout pharmacy school. He is excited to take his experience in a new direction while exploring a new state and city here at TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital for his PGY-1 Residency. Brody’s professional interests include cardiology, infectious disease, and internal medicine. In his free time, Brody enjoys spending time with his dog, reading, and going to the movies.

Personal Statement: Elizabeth is originally from Andover, KS. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Following pharmacy school, she completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. Elizabeth decided to pursue her PGY2 in Cardiology at Bethesda North Hospital given the emphasis on transitions of care in cardiac patients and the unique presence of high acuity patients in a community hospital setting. Her clinical and professional interests include teaching and precepting, heart failure, and mechanical circulatory support. Outside of pharmacy, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and finding new craft projects.
