This screening tool asks questions about cancers diagnosed in you or your family. It is designed to quickly identify individuals who should consider referral to a cancer genetic counselor. A genetic counselor can formally evaluate someone’s medical and family history and help them understand the possible benefit of genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk.
