Your doctor reviews all radiology exams (MRI scans, CT scans, bone scans, etc.) and other tests and discusses the results with you during your follow-up appointment. Should results indicate a need for more urgent attention, we will contact you directly.
Please request prescription refills or medication changes during regular office hours to allow the doctors necessary access to your medical records. Prescriptions for pain medication cannot be refilled after hours or on weekends.
Injuries don't always occur during business hours. That's why a doctor remains available after regular office hours for emergencies and to answer your urgent questions.
Simply phone us at 513 246 2300, and our service will immediately contact the physician on call. We ask that you make routine calls during office hours, so our on-call doctor can devote his or her time strictly to emergencies.
Co-payments are expected at the time of service unless you have made payment arrangements with our billing office (513 246 2300) prior to your appointment. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Keeping your primary care physician informed about your treatment is crucial for coordinated care. It’s why we send a complete consultation letter, along with copies of your test results, to your referring physician. If you were not referred to our office by another physician, but would like us to supply your doctor with your treatment details, just let us know.
All of our physicians are required to be “board eligible” or “board certified” in their individual society and specialty. Board eligibility means they are in the process of completing certain clinical requirements prior to receiving their certification. When eligible, each physician is required to obtain board certification. Our physicians regularly attend continuing medical education courses and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest available treatment options.
