Hand and Wrist Conditions

The hand and wrist are made up of 27 bones. These bones meet to form joints in the wrist and fingers. The joints are sheathed with tendons, ligaments and muscles. Blood vessels and nerves round out the anatomy of the hand. When an injury or a degenerative condition (progressive condition) affects one part of this complex structure, it can affect the whole.
