Yes. Your doctor may send you a message to help you understand results posted on MyChart®. You also may receive a phone call or be asked to schedule another appointment.
Most outpatient test results are released immediately once finalized. Inpatient results will not release until after you have been discharged from the hospital. There are extenuating circumstances where results may not release at all or on a delay, if you have any questions please contact your Primary Care Physician’s office.
No. Although we strongly encourage you to sign up for this convenient tool, an account will be set up only when you have requested it.
No, it is a free service to TriHealth patients.
Yes. Activation codes are good for forty-five days. If you lose your directions, the office can reprint the letter for you.
