Financial Assistance applications may take up to six weeks to process after all required documentation has been received. Once your application has been reviewed and eligibility has been determined, you will be notified of the decision.
If you submitted your application through MyChart , you could track the status of your application online. You may also contact our Financial Assistance team for an update at (513) 853-4390 or THHCAPFinAsst@TriHealth.com. Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Log in to your MyChart account and select Billing, then Financial Assistance. You can complete and submit your Financial Assistance Application online, upload required documentation and track the status of your application all in one convenient location.
To determine your eligibility for Financial Assistance, please provide proof of all household income received during the three (3) months prior to the date of service for which you are requesting assistance.

Submitting your documentation through MyChart can help ensure all required information is received and available for review.
No. Each patient must submit a separate Financial Assistance Application for the services they receive.
Financial Assistance Applications are valid for 90 days from the date of the initial outpatient service. A new application is required for each inpatient admission.
Yes, if your physician is a TriHealth provider and the services are received at a TriHealth facility, those charges are eligible for financial assistance. However, charges from providers listed on the non-covered provider list are not eligible.

No. While MyChart offers the most convenient way to apply, upload documentation, and track your application status, you may also obtain and submit a paper application found on Financial Assistance page. Paper applications and supporting documentation may be mailed, emailed, faxed, or delivered to one of our Financial Counseling offices.
