Nurse Navigators
As your guide to Women’s Services the Nurse Navigator is available to assist with important aspects of your health care:
- Identify the type of appointment or provider to best meet your health needs
- Prepare for an upcoming visit
- Review information related to OB/GYN care, preventative screenings, or health services
- Transition to a new phase of care such as from pediatrics to adolescent gynecology
