In medical school, Wenjing Zeng, M.D. discovered a fascination for the intricacy of the hand. She appreciates how important hands are to everyday life and is dedicated to improving her patients’ quality of life.
Dr. Zeng received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Yale Club of Cincinnati. She earned her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis and completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. She then completed her fellowship in hand surgery at the Mary S. Stern Hand Surgery Fellowship in Cincinnati.
Dr. Zeng has specialized surgical training in the treatment of common and complex conditions of the upper extremity. She sees patients for any injury or ailment involving the hand, wrist, or forearm. She takes a team-based approach with her patients, helping them understand their condition and all options for treatment to arrive at a treatment plan together. She encourages her patients to lead healthy lifestyles, underscoring that outcomes are impacted by a patient’s overall health.
When outside of the office or operating room, Dr. Zeng enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, photography, gardening, and being outdoors.
