Surgical oncology is a subspecialty of general surgery that specifically involves the surgical removal of cancer. The TriHealth Surgical Oncology Program consists of fellowship-trained surgeons who are experts in their respective fields. An important part of cancer care is treatment in a multidisciplinary fashion.
