- Instruction in strengthening and stretching exercises to help you maximize the performance of your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles
- Breathing and relaxation strategies to help relieve pelvic pain or tension
- Manual therapy techniques to help improve pelvic control to improve with pain or tension
- Education to assist with bladder retraining and potential behavior modification/lifestyle changes for improved bowel or bladder function

- Biofeedback training to help you learn to correctly contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles for improved awareness of your pelvic floor function with activities
- Electrical stimulation for gentle strengthening of pelvic floor muscles or use for pain control
