Need a primary care provider? Find a provider who is accepting new patients.
If you can’t keep your appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance to let them know. Keep in mind that missing an appointment may compromise your medical care. You can reschedule online or by calling the primary care provider’s office.

Do you want to communicate with your provider in a language other than English? If so, TriHealth can help. From the moment you arrive at your primary care provider’s office, we want you to feel seen, heard and cared for.
Our staff will welcome you and ensure your paperwork is in order. We’ll get you back to an exam room as soon as possible. There, a medical assistant or other provider will ask you questions about your health history and medicines and take your vital signs.
Next, it’s time to meet with your primary care provider in the exam room. After brief introductions, the provider may ask you additional questions about your health history, lifestyle habits, medicines and any concerns you may have about your health. They’ll also perform a physical exam.
