With a lifelong passion for sports, Dr. Trent Edwards loved
learning about neurology and physiology, leading him
to specialize in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He
enjoys working with patients to assist them in returning to
normal function, regardless of the injury.
Dr. Edwards sees patients for the prevention, diagnosis
and treatment of functional limitations from disease
or injury. He uses medications, physical therapies,
exercise, injections and education, all personalized to
the individual’s needs. Known for his super calm and
relaxing demeanor, Dr. Edwards wants his patients to feel
comfortable sharing their goals for the visit. He works
hand-in-hand with patients to develop a treatment plan
to assure their needs are met. He encourages everyone
to exercise – even just 20-30 minutes of walking a day –
to boost overall health.
Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, Dr. Edwards and his
wife, an Internal Medicine physician, came to Cincinnati
for residency and decided to stay. He volunteers his
medical expertise on the sideline of high school sporting
events. He loves board games and is an avid fantasy
sports player.
