Throughout his successful professional career as an engineer, Ronald Merkel, MD, was interested in merging his love of engineering with his passion for medicine. This was our first prenatal visit. Doctor Merkle had a very nice, calm demeanor that made me feel at ease while he explained what things to us. He was very informative and took his time with us. The sonographer was very excited for us to see our baby for the first time and that made it such a good experience for my husband and me. The nurse was also very friendly and just made us feel very comfortable and easy to talk to. The front desk ladies were pleasant and funny and made it a good overall visit.
