Raised by social activists, Dr. Sesha Nandyal found medicine to be the perfect career for her love of altruism and science. As the eldest of three girls, she often played the role of life coach and found she really enjoyed one-on-one conversations with females, leading her to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. She loves witnessing the some of the most profound and exciting moments in her patients’ lives.
Dr. Nandyal sees adolescents and adults for all obstetric and gynecologic concerns, including contraception management, pre- and post-natal care, testosterone pellet placement and minimally invasive, robotic procedures. She also has a special interest in sexual health. Dr. Nandyal believes in listening to her patients, giving them the time to relate their needs before making any assessments. She wants to create a partnership with her patients, making decisions together. She promises to be honest, clear and compassionate, treating her patients like her own sisters. She encourages everyone to recognize that food is medicine, understanding that every seemingly small decision can impact health in a large way.
A native of Columbus, OH, Dr. Nandyal is married. She enjoys salsa dancing, live music and walks in French Park.
