With ten years of experience providing care to sick and injured children as an Emergency Department physician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Jenny DeBruer, MD, has seen it all. Having treated everything from illnesses and infections to traumatic injuries, she is excited to transition her knowledge and skills to the office as a pediatrician with Group Health. Dr. DeBruer treats pediatric and adolescent patients, from newborns through the age of 18, for a variety of common acute and chronic medical conditions.
Dr. DeBruer's family-centered approach to medicine emphasizes the involvement and partnership of both parents and patients alike, allowing family and physician to work together toward common goals. As an added bonus, her background provides the advantage of being able to differentiate between when a child can be treated in the office versus the ER, potentially saving parents an unnecessary emergency room visit. More than anything, Dr. DeBruer's goal is for families to leave the office happy and on the road to recovery.
In her free time, Dr. DeBruer cherishes spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
