Making An Appointment

Whether you’re looking for a primary care physician (PCP), need a specialist for treatment or are seeking a second opinion, you can make an appointment by selecting one of the methods below.

Existing Patients: Request an Appointment Online

Request an appointment online by logging into MyChart and doing the following:

  • Select the “Visits” tab.
  • Select “Request an Appointment” and fill out the necessary information.
Existing Patients: Request an Appointment by Phone

You can also request appointments over the phone by contacting your office directly.

Primary Care:

Or, call the physician referral line, (513) 569-5400, and ask to be transferred to your doctor’s office or a particular specialty during the following times:

  • 8 a.m. to noon
  • 1 to 4 p.m.
