TriHealth ThinkFirst offers a variety of injury prevention programs, events and informative media features in our community. Collaborating with the educational community, the media, various civic clubs and corporations, ThinkFirst tailors programs to meet the prevention and wellness needs of Greater Cincinnati.

Stephanie Lambers M.ED, OTR/LTriHealth Community Benefit/Special Projects Consultant Stephanie serves in a TriHealth systemwide role as TriHealth Community Benefit/Special Projects Consultant. She oversees cultivating Community Benefit reporting and Community Benefit activity across the TriHealth System to support the tax-exempt status of TriHealth. Furthermore, Stephanie is responsible for defining the injury prevention efforts in schools, hospital, and community for TriHealth. She is an Occupational Therapist with a Master of Education in Community Health Promotion. She has worked in healthcare and been an injury prevention advocate for over 31 years. In addition, she is a liaison with state and local agencies concerned with reducing the incidence of injuries. Stephanie plans, budgets, implements, evaluates and facilitates grant-funded programs, and provides public relations services for all injury prevention programming within Trauma Services for TriHealth. Her patient care experience and community health promotion experience have led to her passion for prevention of traumatic injuries. Stephanie is a current Board Member for People Working Cooperatively (PWC) and serves on several professional committees as well as other professional involvement. These include Co-Chair TriHealth Community Benefit Committee, TriHealth Wellness Champion, Think First State Chapter Directors Committee, People Working Cooperatively Healthcare committee, Ohio Injury Prevention Partnership, Ohio Stepping On Fall Prevention Program Workgroup, CarFit Event Coordinator/Technician/Trainer and CarFit Occupational Therapist, University of Cincinnati Adjunct Faculty for Occupational Therapy Program and Ohio Department of Health Stepping On Program Statewide Master Trainer. |
Krista Jones, BS, NCPSP CPS InstructorTriHealth Community Benefit/Special Projects Consultant Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Ohio University. With her current role as a Community Benefit/Special Projects Consultant she plans, budgets, implements, evaluates and facilitates grant-funded programs, and provides public relations services for all injury prevention programming throughout TriHealth. Krista is also responsible for overseeing TriHealth’s tax exempt status by tracking and reporting system wide community benefit efforts with Stephanie Lambers, who she job shares with. She has been a National Child Passenger Safety Technician/Instructor for over 20 years, as well as an Event Coordinator/Technician for CARFIT for over 15 years. In addition, Krista has been an Evidence Based Stepping On Fall Prevention Facilitator/Master Trainer for over 15 years. Krista is a member of various committees throughout the TriState area including Southwest Kiwanis for Kids, MidWest Injury Prevention Alliance (MIPA) Regional ;Ohio Injury Prevention Partnership (OIPP); Ohio Department of Health Stepping On Fall Prevention Workgroup. |
