Dr. Harlan finished his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1991. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Member of the Butler County Medical Society, and the Ohio State Medical Association. He is on the staff of McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio. Dr. Harlan is married and has three children. Current hospital positions: Board of Trustees and Board of Directors member, Co-Chair of Obstetrics/Pediatrics Committee.
