Dr. Erin O’Donnell loves working with children and helping them grow into strong adults. As a mother herself, she understands how important a child’s health and well-being is to parents. She strives to promote her patients’ health from a holistic standpoint, putting the needs of her patients and their families first.
Dr. O’Donnell sees children from newborns through college age for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness. Board-certified and experienced in pediatric emergency medicine, she also performs simple procedures like stitches for minor cuts, removal of foreign bodies and temporary splinting. Dr. O’Donnell creates an inviting and positive environment for all ages to feel comfortable and supported. She listens carefully to concerns, questions and insights, recognizing that parents know their child best. She enjoys educating patients and families about their health, from prevention to condition management. She encourages patients to read, explore their curiosities and find a passion to pursue.
A Maryland native, Dr. O’Donnell met her husband while serving her residency in Cincinnati. They have two children. She is involved in their church community and children’s daycare. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, biking, travel. She also loves to draw.
