About Me

Conditions I specialize in
  • Electrophysiology

Chelsea Polleys, AGACNP-BC, started her nursing career in the coronary care unit and developed a passion for working with heart patients. After two years as a registered nurse, she earned her nurse practitioner credentials in 2014 and has continued to care for heart patients. She loves developing relationships with her patients and helping them function at their highest level.

As a certified nurse practitioner, Chelsea sees patients with cardiac rhythm issues, including those with pacemakers and defibrillators. Creating a relaxed environment, she provides a safe space for patients to talk about their concerns. She assures patients have the information and options needed to make educated decisions about their care. Chelsea encourages everyone to stay active by finding an enjoyable activity and getting movement into every day.

A Columbus native, Chelsea is married and has two children. She volunteers at church and helps her mother with Wreaths Across America, laying wreaths on veterans’ graves before holidays. She enjoys playing sports and watching reality TV. She also likes to cook, bake and try new recipes.
