Amy Khera, DO, always loved science and found that medicine would allow her to meld that love with her desire to help people. Dr. Khera sees patients age 15 and older for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness. She is especially interested in culinary and lifestyle medicine, emphasizing the basic foundation of healthy living. She wants her patients to feel supported and safe, allowing her to build trusting relationships. She encourages everyone to create a personal environment that fosters healthy living, including diet and exercise.

My partner recommended Dr. Khera to me, and I have since recommended her to some of my students. She does a great job listening and communicating.

Again Dr. Khera was very kind and trying to catch me to date on things I've let slide. If there are any tests that don't get done, it's on me, not her. I prefer to not have a lot of procedures done. My thought is they stir things up better left alone.
