At TriHealth, we have 7 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that are responsible for projects pertaining to these focus areas:
Education and Awareness - Promote and create educational opportunities and understanding of inclusion as a dynamic strategy for business success and community well-being.
Community Engagement - Engage staff and physicians and increase TriHealth’s presence in the community.
ERGs are groups of TriHealth team members who join together based on shared characteristics or life experiences. They serve as a resource for members and work to foster an inclusive workplace. Current ERGs are:
Abilities FIRST welcomes anyone, whether you have a disability, have a family member with a disability or would like to help us in our efforts to support and honor those with disabilities who make significant contributions to our community and organization.
Mission/Vision - To serve as a resource and an advocate to foster a cooperative, accessible and supportive environment to the TriHealth community. Abilities FIRST will work with the team members to educate the community by increasing awareness and understanding of disability related issues.

Celebrating religious and spiritual diversity in the workplace can be a very powerful contributor to an inclusive workplace culture. Faith at Work will strive to connect people from diverse spiritual beliefs and backgrounds and increasing employee engagement.
Faith at Work also aims to be active in the communities we serve, promoting the TriHealth Way in the Greater Cincinnati area. We will update this section as our group forms and community activities are planned.
LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group fosters an inclusive workplace culture that supports the LGBTQ+ team members and community.
PRISM focuses on strengthening TriHealth’s best practices for patients, team members, and their families. PRISM promotes visibility among team members with leadership.
Through networking, educational events, outreach and more, PRISM strives to create an inclusive environment for all team members.

SOMOS is an employee resource group (ERG) with a vision to promote an inclusive workforce.
SOMOS’s mission is to support, educate, and increase opportunities for TriHealth’s Hispanic/Latinx team members by celebrating cultural differences through community involvement, recruitment and retention, and membership.
TRIBE is an employee resource group (ERG) that brings people together to help increase awareness of our rich culture through special events celebrating history and heritage and developing leaders.
TRIBE’s mission is to promote and support TriHealth’s ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive work environment for all team members, including those who identify as Black, African, African American, and Caribbean.
TRIBE will be active in the community we serve, by volunteering time to local events and functions and fostering strategies for engagement for underserved communities in the Greater Cincinnati area.
TAGS aim to support veterans of all branches within the armed forces. Members may be any team member, including veterans, Reserve or National Guard members, family members of a veteran or simply an individual who desires to support team members. TAGS provides insight to community needs, helps to strengthen the patient experience of veterans and supports the recruitment, and retention of veterans.

As part of its continued commitment to inclusion, TriHealth formed a young professionals team member resource group (ERG) for mentors and mentees of any age who are passionate about education, talent management and community engagement.

WOMEN (Women Organization for Mentoring, Empowerment, & Networking) is an employee resource group for women of all ages and is open to all team members.
Their mission is to empower and support women by providing mentorship, professional development opportunities, networking, and advocacy. WOMEN is committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace culture that promotes gender equity, amplifies women's voices, and drives organizational success through diverse leadership.
