Dr. Spaedy treats her adult patients for many different health concerns, acute and chronic. She evaluates and manages a large variety of health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, cholesterol, and obesity. Spaedy is also a Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and is interested in how weight management can affect the patient and other medical conditions. She works with her patients to develop a treatment plan together, making sure the patient is a partner in decision making.
Her favorite part of her practice is getting to know her patients and their families over the years, and hearing all the stories they tell about each other! She feels it is a true honor when her patients refer their family members to her, knowing this shows the level of trust they feel in her care.
She enjoys spending time with her family. She also practices what she preaches, and goes to her gym several times per week.

I have been a patient of Dr. steady for many years. Lost touch because of insurance issues. So glad to be back in her care. Always recommend her to others.

Dr. Spaidy is a good listener and does not rush you through the exam. I enjoy talking to her.
