As a competitive gymnast for 17 years, Dr. Kelsey Quinn spent a fair amount of time in the doctor’s office with injuries. That exposure, along with a fascination of the mechanics of the human body, sparked a natural interest in medicine. She loves working with children and helping them learn about health during their visits.
Dr. Quinn sees children from newborn through college age for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. She is particularly interested in adolescent medicine and mental health. She believes strongly in family-centered care, seeing the child as an individual and an integral part of the family. She works with parents to assure the health and well-being of the child, respecting the family’s culture, traditions and background. She emphasizes healthy lifestyle practices, emphasizing that learning to make good choices at an early age will help build lifelong healthy habits.
Dr. Quinn and her husband, a retired military veteran, have one son. Originally from Cleveland, she is a big outdoor enthusiast and likes hiking, biking and snowboarding with her family. They also enjoy tackling home DIY projects together.
