Dr. Jonathan Rapp finds medicine to be the perfect career for someone who wants to be a valuable community member and a lifelong learner. In cardiology, he values following a patient from critical care in the hospital to outpatient care and developing long-term relationships.
Dr. Rapp specializes in coronary and structural heart disease interventions, including valve therapies and septal defect treatments. He believes in creating a patient-focused environment where people can feel comfortable and completely safe. He recognizes that heart disease and the associated symptoms can bevery frightening. He encourages everyone to eat a healthy diet and remain active throughout life to feel their best.
Dr. Rapp and his wife have three children. After completing his education, he decided to return to his native Cincinnati. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing violin and cheering on Ohio State sports teams.
