While Dr. David Thompson always felt the drive to become a doctor, it was during his third year of medical school that he fell in love with the care of children. He is passionate about improving the health of children and helping them live their healthiest lives. Dr. Thompson sees patients from newborn through college age for the prevention and treatment of acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based medicine. Drawing on his years of experience with a pediatric emergency department, he provides all‑encompassing care, including suturing and ADHD/mental health counseling.
Dr. Thompson believes teaming up with his patients and their parents to focus on healthy goals for each child. He encourages everyone to get moving and stay active for better physical and mental well-being. Dr. Thompson and his wife have two young daughters. He volunteers with his church and enjoys woodworking and cycling.
