About Me

  • Internal Medicine

It was a bout of appendicitis and a hospital stay that convinced Dr. Oliver that he wanted to be a doctor. Impressed by the great care he received, he knew he wanted to help others as he had been helped. He chose family medicine because it allows him to develop long-term relationships with his patients and their families. He also enjoys the diversity of patients he gets to see and treat.

Dr. Oliver see patients of all ages, from newborn through geriatrics. He believes in practicing evidence-based medicine with compassion to help his patients live better. By building a relationship based on trust and compassions, he collaborates with his patients to overcome barriers to good health.

Born at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dr. Oliver is a proud Cincinnati kid, honored to start his medical practice in the town he grew up in. he loves exploring neighborhood chili restaurants, jazz music and taking walks with his pediatrician wife and the family rescue beagle, Eddie. He plans to continue some of the community work he did as a resident, including providing medical assistance at the Good Samaritan Fee Health Center and the Flying Pig Marathon.

Good visit overall, and I appreciate his thoroughness. One thing that is starting to bother me is, towards the end of the visits he will basically tell me we need to wrap things up because he has "several" patients waiting. 1. He states it like I don't already know that. 2. It makes me feel rushed and that he's in a hurry to be done with me. 3. If it's that much of an issue, perhaps he should adjust his schedule?Thank you.

Dr Oliver is the best. I've never had a doctor take the time and have real conversations with me. It's refreshing.
