One of the most rewarding aspects of Dr. Jennifer Lykens-Schnacke's job is to support and guide patients through some of the most important moments of their lives. As a physician, she enjoys getting to know her patients well and guiding them to a treatment plan that works for them.
Dr. Lykens-Schnacke provides general obstetric and gynecologic care to patients of all ages, from adolescent patients to post-menopausal patients. In addition to providing prenatal, delivery and postnatal care, she is trained to perform minimally-invasive gynecological surgery, such as laparoscopic and vaginal surgeries. These procedures afford patients a quicker, less painful recovery from surgery.
Dr. Lykens-Schnacke is particularly interested in working with adolescent patients, providing an introduction to gynecologic care and advising them on preventive care measures.
