Do whatever it takes to keep this provider here. She knows medicine, but even more importantly she knows people. Her approach and compassion are amazing. Had I been offered another provider to avoid waiting, I would have refused and waited for her.

She was very compassionate and listened to everything I had to say. I felt included in decision making. She encouraged me to come back into the office if anything changed or if I felt I wanted to try something different.
