Elie Klam, MD, is motivated to help patients find solutions to their often complex endocrine disorders. A problem solver by nature, he relies on his training and research experience to explore the intricacies of the endocrine system, piecing together the hormonal puzzle, to provide the best treatment options. Dr. Klam treats adult patients, age 18 and older, for a wide variety of endocrine diseases. He is particularly interested in treating thyroid diseases and has a unique skill set in this area that includes thyroid biopsies and thyroid ultrasound. He also sees patients suffering from diabetes, osteoporosis, pituitary diseases, adrenaldiseases, and parathyroid diseases, among others. As each patient is unique, Dr. Klam partners with his patients to discuss their options and develop a customized individual treatment plan.Dr. Klam's practice focus includes:Thyroid diseases, Diabetes Mellitus, Osteoporosis and bone health, Parathyroid diseases, Pituitary diseases, Polycystic ovarian syndrome, Lipid disorders, Adrenal diseases.  Dr. Klam is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. In his free time, he enjoys reading, learning history, and playing chess and soccer.
