Dr. Deepa Kudalkar brings more than 15 years of experience as a rheumatologist to TriHealth. She finds rheumatology to be a constantly evolving field that challenges her to be a lifelong learner. Her hope is to make a positive difference in her patients’ lives.
Dr. Kudalkar specializes in the non-surgical treatment of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases, including arthritis and joint pain. She also performs in-office procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic joint aspirations and injections. She has a special interest in rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, myositis, vasculitis and lupus. Dr. Kudalkar likes to build trust with her patients, educating them on all aspects of their conditions and treatments. She takes a holistic approach to health and involves her patients in decision-making. She encourages everyone to listen to their bodies and minds, while taking care of both.
Married with two daughters, Dr. Kudalkar grew up in Mumbai, coming to the States for advanced medical training. She loves nature and outdoor activities, including walking and kayaking. She enjoys cooking, listening to music, reading and travel.
