Allison Ramke, CNM, is passionate about helping people understand their bodies and health concerns. She came to nursing as a profession after experiencing her own high-risk pregnancies and the need to have situations explained simply and thoroughly. She has served in various roles in women’s health since 2015, including five years as a labor and delivery nurse.
Allison sees women throughout their childbearing years and into menopause for obstetric and gynecological care. She supports and cares for women during pregnancy, labor and birth. As a certified midwife, she prescribes medications, orders tests and makes referrals to specialists. Allison creates a safe and comfortable environment where open and honest conversations can occur. She believes her patients are experts when it comes to their bodies; she adds the medical expertise for a successful collaboration and healthy outcome. She wants her patients to feel empowered and educated. Allison encourages everyone to share the questions they may be afraid to ask, so they can get the answers they need.
Allison and her husband have three children. She likes to be involved in their activities and volunteers at their schools. She enjoys baking, puzzles, games and being out in nature, hiking and visiting national parks.
