TriHealth is committed to being at the forefront of health care and has tailored the new TriHealth Women’s Center Kenwood to help women face these changing health issues with a multi-disciplinary approach to health care for women 35+.

Women’s healthcare is unique and so is the approach to women’s care being offered at TriHealth Women’s Center Kenwood. As women pass through the different stages of life, they require compassionate, individualized care that focuses on changing needs and the special concerns that women face as they age. A woman’s health care concerns are different from those of a man, and she deserves a healthcare partner who will understand her and be there with her throughout the years meeting her medical, emotional and educational needs.

Who should I call if I am ill after hours?

You can call our office at 513 853 7555 and get forwarded to our after-hours service. A nurse will triage your call or put you in touch with your physician.

Welcome to the TriHealth Women’s Center | Kenwood! We are pleased that you have chosen us as your healthcare partner. To better serve you as our patient, we have developed an introduction to our practice regarding hours, policies, prescription refills and more.

Calls are answered Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. (noon). Messages for the office can also be sent via MyChart.

MyChart
Through our patient portal, MyChart, you can send messages, schedule appointments; request prescription refills, and receive test results. You can also use MyChart to schedule E-Visits for minor medical needs including: back pain, flu, pink eye, cough, headache, sinus problems, diarrhea, heartburn and urinary problems. To register for MyChart please speak with one of our team members.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient check-in time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, without advance warning, we may need to ask you to reschedule.

What should I bring to my appointment?

  • Medication or medication list
  • If you are diabetic, please bring your glucose log
  • Insurance card

Prescription refills
For prescription refills, contact your pharmacy or send a request via MyChart. Please allow 48 hours for refills to be processed. Prescription requests will not be processed on the weekends or after regular business hours.

Certain controlled substances require more frequent monitoring. Pain management medications require a visit every 3 months. Any other controlled medications will require a visit at least every 6 months.

Test Results
Test results will be sent via MyChart. If you are not a MyChart user, you will receive a phone call within one week. If you have not heard about your test results within one week, please call the office.

Mammography results will be sent in a letter from the Mary Jo Cropper Center for Breast Health.
