We have zero tolerance for aggressive and abusive behavior.
TriHealth is a place where people come to Be Seen, Be Heard and Be Healed. For that to happen, both our patients and our team members must first feel safe.
Aggressive behavior against patients, visitors, team members and physicians will not be tolerated. This includes: threats, abusive language or profanity, sexual harassment and racial/ethnic slurs, physical assault, or ignoring instructions by hospital team members.
Failure to comply could result in being escorted from the premises by our Protective Services team, being banned from the property, ending the patient/physician relationship, and even criminal charges.
At Good Samaritan Hospital, we realize how important it is for patients to have visits from their families and friends. We want these visits to be beneficial to the patient and convenient for you, the visitor. The following information will help guide your visit and ensure the health and well-being of your loved ones.
